摘要
参照理论框架对目前教练员群体中在不同要素、结构、层次的不同现象,用归纳和演绎相结合的形式,对河北省业余体校武术套路教练员现状中存在的问题进行了分析和探讨。探索教练员群体在诸多方面的个性中找出共性趋势,通过对策的实施来指导个性形成与发展。
Based on the related theoretical framework, this research explores the various phenomenons of the different factors, structures, and levels existing among the coach team. With the combination of summarizing and deduction methods, this paper conducted a profound and extensive analysis and discussion on the current problems among Wushu routine coaches in Amateur Spots Schools in Hebei Province, and probed the common development trend from individualities of the coach groups, thereby impacting on the formation and development of the coaches' personality through implementing the proposed strategies.
