The thoughts is the guide of people' s behavior. The working idea of the office workers will have a direct effect on the working quality and the management of the department in colleges and universities. According to the important thoughts of the'Three Represents', office workers should have panorama view, service view, coordinative view, efficient view, innovative view, public relation view and self-discipline view. These are greatly significant in doing office work well in the new term.
