摘要
目的:建立同时测定虎杖提取物中白藜芦醇及其苷的含量测定方法。方法:选用自填装 ODS-C_(18)色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(41∶59)为流动相,流速为0.6mL·min^(-1),紫外检测波长为303nm。结果:白藜芦醇在0.06-0.30μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.6%(n=3);白藜芦醇苷在0.072-0.360μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.3%(n=3)。结论:本方法操作简便快速,结果准确可靠,适于中药虎杖中白藜芦醇及其苷的同时测定。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of resveratrol and piceid in Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.Method:The separation was performed on an ODS column(200mm×4.6mm,5μm), with the mobile phase of CH_3OH-H_2O(41:59).The flow rate was 0.6 mL·min^(-1) and the detection wavelength was 303 nm.Results:Resveratrol and piceid have good linear relationship in the range of 0.06-0.30μg(r= 0.9996)and 0.072-0.360μg(r=0.9998),respectively.The average recoveries(n=3)of resveratrol and piceid were 100.6% and 101.3%.Conclusion:A simple,accurate and sensitive method with good reproduciability to de- termine resveratrol and piceid simultaneously in Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.is established.
