摘要
本试验采用NCII设计,将7个脂肪与蛋白含量不同的亲本分两组进行双列杂交,对12个组合F_2代中双高植株出现的频率进行研究.结果表明,不同含量品种间的杂交以双亲脂肪含量均在20%以上,一亲蛋白含量在43%以上;或脂肪含量的中亲值超过20%,蛋白含量的中亲值高于42%的组合,其F_2代双高频率较高.亲本脂肪含量的低亲和中亲值是影响双高频率的主要因素.双高性状的遗传表现为数量性状遗传,以加性效应为主,可从F_2代起对双高个体进行直接选择.
The NCII design was used in this trial. Seven parents with different content of oil and protein were divided into two groups and crossed in diallel pattern. The frequency of F2 plants with high content of both oil and protein of twelve crosses were studies. The results indicated that in the crosses when oil content of both parents was above 20% and protein content of one parent was above 43% or when the mid-parent values of oil content and protein content were over 20% and 42% respectively, the frequency of plants with high content of both oil and protein in F2 genera-tion of the cross was higher. The frequency of plants with high content of both oil and protein was affected by low and mid-parent. The nature of gene action appeared to be mainly additive for the character of high content of both oil and protein. The single plant with high content of both oil and protein could be selected from F2 generation.
