摘要
研究了玉米Mo17背景三种不育细胞质类型(T.C.S)及正常保持系(N)在小孢子发生及败育过程中花药组织生长素、玉米素的含量及其变化,发现细胞质雄性不育系花药组织中的“生长素亏损——玉米素盈积”现象.同时设计的玉米素、生长素外源喷施实验也表明了其对雄性育性的逆转效应.讨论了这两种植物激素对玉米雄性不育性的调控及其可能的机制.
Using isonuclear alloplasmic lines on Mo 17 nuclear background with three male-sterile cytoplasm T. C. Tang Xu(S) and normal (N) cytoplasm,dynamic study and systematic analysis have been undertaken for the levels of endogenous hormones. It was found that IAA contents in anthers of male-sterile cytoplasm lines were singnificantly lower than that of normal cytoplasm lines at all stages of microsporogenesis and development,but the Zeatin(ZT)levels were remarkably higher than that of normal line. The study of exogenous application of plant hormones demonstrated that Zeatin could significantly induce the abortion of microspore and pollen. CMS-S lines could produce 1-5% mature pollens,and the abortion stage of CMS-T was delayed by the external application of IAA. The possible regulatory mechanism of plant hormones on CMS was also discussed.
