摘要 [目的]研究一种复合膳食纤维产品的通便作用。[方法]《保健食品检验与评价技术规范-2003版》之“通便作用检验方法”。将动物随机分为模型对照组、阴性对照组、低、中、高剂量组5组,经口给予不同剂量的复合膳食纤维8天后,测定小肠墨汁推进率及排首粒黑便时间,5h内排粪便粒数和粪便重量。[结果]:高剂量复合膳食纤维能明显增加肠蠕动抑制模型小鼠的小肠墨汁推进率(p﹤0.05);低剂量和高剂量的复合膳食纤维能明显缩短便秘型小鼠的排首粒黑便时间,明显增加便秘模型小鼠排粪便的粒数和排粪便的重量(p﹤0.05)。[结论]:动物实验表明该复合膳食纤维产品具有通便功能。 [Objective] To study the effect of a dietary fiber complex in relieving constipation and defecating feces excretion. [Methods] According to “Technical standards for testing & assessment of health food (2003) ——Method for the assessment of defecating feces excretion function”, mice were divided into 5 groups to be respectively fed for 8 days: Blank control group, constipated model control group, 3 test groups. The percentage of ink propellant in small intestine, the time which first black feces were expelled, the number and the weight of mouse feces within 5 hours were observed. [Results] High dosage could increase the percentage of propellant in small intestine of constipated model mice distinctly. In low and high groups, the time of defecation of first black feces were significant shorten, and the number and weight of feces within 5h were significant increased, compared with the control group. [Conclusions]: the dietary fiber complex has function of relieving constipation and defecating feces excretion in animal test.
