摘要
该文研究多个供应商单仓库单制造商系统,从系统的角度出发,确定了二级链各个节点最优的库存策略.针对制造商多产品的混合需求,在考虑每个产品有多个供应商和不同产品有不同需求实际情况的基础上,综合分析了制造商的库存、仓库的需求过程和仓库的库存3个要素,建立了供应链库存优化模型,通过实证数据分析,得出了该二级链最经济的服务水平.
This paper presents an optimal (S,Q)-type inventory policy for a two-stage supply chain where vendors supply materials to a warehouse which in turn distributes the materials to a manufacturer. Taking into account the variety of demands for multiple products of the manufacturer, and the fact that each product has more than one supplier with different possessing requirements and a different demand, the model is a combination of three components: (1) inventory analysis by the manufacturer; (2) demand process of the warehouse, and (3) inventory analysis at the warehouse. By integrating these components, service level of the two-stage supply chain is economically determined through analysis of data and verification.
