摘要
我院近年来收治 MM 病人27例,其中17例先后在院内外首诊时被误诊为18种疾病,误诊率为63%,误诊时间为2个月至3年,发病年龄在46—75岁之间,平均年龄61岁,其中男性9例,女性8例。本文通过对17例误诊病例的分析,证实了 MM 的临床表现呈多样化、复杂化。如果临床对本病警惕性不高,极易被误诊。同时强调,争取早期诊断、早期治疗,是改善预后、延长生存期的关键。
27 cases of Multiple Myeloma(MM)were administered into our hospital in recent years. Among them,17 cases were misdiagnosed for the other 18 kinds of diseases when they go to see the doctor at the first time and the rate of misdiagnosis is 63%,the time period of misdi- agnosis is between two months and three years,the ages when the diseases appears are 46 to 75 years old,average age is 61years old,and 9 of them are male,8 female.We find out that the clinical manifestation are multiple and complicated throughout the analyses for 17 cases of misdiagnosed patients.If the clinician is not alert enough for this disease,it is extremely easy to be misdiagnosed.It must be pointed out the early diagnosis and treatment are the key procedure for improving prognosis and prolonging the duration of survival.
