摘要
以巨桉组培苗为采穗母株,开展嫩枝扦插育苗试验。试验结果表明:半木质化嫩枝扦插育苗生根率较高;生长激素浓度和基质是影响扦插育苗生根率的重要因素;扦插育苗生长激素以1000mg·kg-1ABT1号生根粉效果最好,基质以70%红心土±30%火烧土为佳,生根率可达80%以上。
The experiment of green cutting breeding has been studied with the cuttings from the parent trees of tissue cultured plantlets of Flooded Gum.The experimental results indicated that ratio of rooting of half woody green cuttings is higher.The main factors affecting the ratio of rooting of Flooded Gum green cuttings is the concentration of growth hormone and the media;the treatment effect of 1000mg·kg^(-1)№1 ABT rooting powder was the best,the mixed medium with 70% red-heart soil and 30% fire soil were ideal.
