健康教育在改善膀胱全切术患者生活质量中的运用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨对膀胱全切术患者进行健康教育对患者生活质量的影响。方法通过对40例不同尿流改道方式的膀胱全切患者进行健康教育,并对其教育效果及其术后生活质量、影响因素进行评价。结果本组患者对相关知识的了解程度大大提高,自我护理能力显著增强,生活质量改善。结论对膀胱全切术患者进行健康教育,使患者对膀胱癌的相关知识由被动接受转变为主动需求,对提高患者的自我护理能力、改善生活质量有显著意义。
