摘要
采用多次授粉、注射2. 4- D 激素提高成胚率、结实率, 并通过幼胚拯救的方法获得A.magna×A .nuda的F1代杂交种. 再对F1代用A nuda回交2次, 恢复育性, 从而获得可供选择新资源的可育性后代群体材料BC2F2 从大量的可育群体中筛选出蛋白质含量高达24 .4%和24. 61%的高蛋白A. nuda新种质S109和S20.
Adopting controlled multi-pollinating, injecting 2.4-D hormone that would increase formation of embryo rate and seedy rate, We obtained A.magnaA.nuda of F1 hybrid generaton by rescuing young embryo.Then bred back two times,BC2F2 from which new breeding resources could be selected could be obtained. From the mass breedings, new high protein A.nuda S109 and S20 that included protein 24.4% and 24.61% could be selected.
