摘要
分析了我国会展管理教育体系发展的主要特点.缺少人力资源建设总规划,缺少适合我国国情的会展科学理论和会展管理学科体系,会展管理教育的学科归属模糊,师资力量薄弱等制约了会展管理专业的建设.建议淡化院系界限,将会展管理专业定为综合院校的公共专业,制订指导性的专业教育培养方案。
This paper analyses the main characteristcs of MICE education system in china. The construction of this system is restricted by several factors, including lack of general construction plan of human resources, lack of the MICE theory and subject system, lack of teachers. And the paper suggests the MICE education should be the public specialized subject, the educational arrangement and the MICE education committee should be set up respectively.
