摘要
2004年我国宪法学研究取得了长足的进展。在纪念五四宪法和人民代表大会制度实施五十周年、宣传现行宪法第四次修改等一系列活动中,宪法学者的理论成果逐步为社会和公众所了解,而且宪法学以此为研究平台也取得了丰硕的成果。总结已有研究成果,有助于把握宪法学研究的基本方向,以获得推动宪法学发展的学术基础。
In 2004,we have gained quite great progress to Chinese constitutional jurisprudence.In this year,a series of events were held,such as the memory of 1954 Constitution and the 50th anniversary of the exertion of the System of People's Congress, and propaganda of the fourth modification of current constitution. The academic results of constitutional scholars came to be known to public, while constitutional jurisprudence itself flourished with these events. Summarizing the existing results will do good to handle the direction of constitutional research in the future and get the academic basis for constitutional jurisprudence development.
