摘要
对选用不同的萃取剂、在不同的萃取剂用量、萃取次数以及萃取剂的回收再利用等方面进行探讨.结果选用环己酮作萃取剂,按污水与萃取剂之比分别为10∶1,15∶1,20∶1,30∶1分三次萃取,水相中CODCr去除率分别达到91.6%,89.3%,88.2%,82%.表明采用环己酮作为萃取剂来处理皂化废碱液是有效的.
Aim: To study the effect of the extractant method when treating waste saponification lye. Method: The selection of the extractant, the extractant dosages, the extracting times and the extractant recycle were studied. Result: The results showed the recycle rate of cyclohexanone reached 98%. When sewage to cyclohexanone ratios 10∶1, 15∶1, 20∶1 and 30∶1, CODCr's removal rates in water facies were 91.6%, 89.3%, 88.2%, 82% respectively. Oil facies Conclusion: cyclohexanone is an effective extractant when treating waste saponification lye.
