摘要
通过对4所高校图书馆工作人员亚健康情况的调查,发现馆员亚健康问题不容忽视。文章分析了导致高校图书馆员亚健康的主要原因,呼吁有关领导重视这一群体的亚健康,同时呼吁馆员自身提高对亚健康的重视,并提出了相应的预防方法。参考文献4。
It is found that the librarian's sub-health problem can not be ignored through a survey of the librarians of the four universities. The paper analyzes the main causes which lead to this problem, and calls for the emphasis of the leaders and the librarian themselves and puts forward the related precaution measures. 4refs.
