根据溶液对350nm紫外光的相对吸收率测定加入抑制剂引起的渤海SZ36 1油田稠油沥青质甲苯/正庚烷溶液中沥青质的浓度变化,评价抑制剂对沥青质沉积的抑制率。加量为8mg/L时的室温抑制率,YZ 06高达52%,油酸正丁酯为18%,其余(十二烷基苯磺酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、丙三醇、DA 80)在30%左右;抑制率随加量增大而增大,DA 80在加量24mg/L时达80%,YZ 06在加量32mg/L时达100%。YZ 06和DA 80为工业品抑制剂,分别含有正电性聚醚多元醇和烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚。在60℃用正庚烷沉淀出含胶质的沥青质,与去油油砂粉混合,模拟井下沥青质沉积物。在室温下,甲苯和二甲苯在2h内可将其中的沥青质完全溶解;L 01的室温溶解率随用量增大而增大,用量为200mL/g(含胶质沥青质)时达83 8%,用量75mL/g时溶解率随温度升高(20~80℃)而增大。在室温下甲苯和二甲苯的溶解率最高(78 1%和74 7%),L 01和L 02分别为53 5%和40 4%。L 01和L 02为工业品有机垢清除剂,除甲苯二甲苯混合物和分散剂外,还含有降粘剂、石油磺酸盐(L 01)或盐酸、乳化剂(L 02)等,综合性能良好。图2表5参7。
The inhibition efficiency of chemicals for asphaltene deposition is evaluated by the way of determining asphaltene concentration (AC) in toluene solution with and without a chemical inhibitor added after n-heptane is introduced and the AC is determined UV-spectrometrically at wave length 350 nm. The n-heptane asphaltene of heavy crude oil from offshore oil field SZ36-1, Bohai, is used. The inhibition rate (IR) at 20℃ is as high as 52% for YZ-06, of 18% for n-butyl oleate, and of ~30% for dodecylbenzene sulfonate, lignosulfonate, glycerol, and DA-80 at equal dosage 8 mg/L and increases with increasing inhibitor dosage (ID), reaching 80% for DA-80 at ID=24 mg/L and 100% for YZ-06 at ID=32 mg/L. YZ-06 and DA-08 are commercial chemicals containing positively charged polyether polyols and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene alkyl phenol ethers, respectively. A mixture of a ground reservoir sand and an asphaltene/resin fraction (ARF) prepared from the heavy crude oil by precipitation with (n-)heptane at 60℃ is taken as a simulation downhole asphaltene deposit. From the simutation asphaltene deposit, the asphaltene can be dissolved out completely by toluene and xylene at 20℃ within 2 hrs. The percent asphaltene dissolved by L-01 increases with dosage of the asphaltene deposit remover and reaches 83.8% at dosage 200 mL/g ARF and with increasing temperature (20-80℃) at dosage 75 mg/g ARF. At dosage 75 mL/g ARF, the highest percent asphaltene dissolved of 78.1% and 74.7% are observed when toluene and xylene used and satisfactory values of 53.5% and 40.4% appear when L-01 and L-02 used. L-01 and L-02 are commercial asphaltene deposit removers with good performance properties and composed of toluene/xylene mixture and dispersant as main ingredients and of viscosity reducer and petroleum sulfonate (L-01) or hydrochloric acid and emulsifier (L-02) as auxiliaries.
