摘要
洋虫醚提物腹腔注射（ｉｐ）能明显抑制巴豆油引起的小白鼠耳廓炎症（Ｐ＜０．００１），并且剂量愈高，效果愈强；大鼠（Ｗｉｓｔａｒ）皮下注射（ｓｃ）一次洋虫醚提物（１５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）可显著抑制烫伤引发的炎症（Ｐ＜０．００１），抑制率达８３／％。在免疫学方面，洋虫醚提物可提高ＳＲＢＣ引起的小鼠迟发性超敏反应（ＤＴＨ）反应，灌胃（ｉｇ）５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时其增强率达３３．０６％且Ｐ＜０．０５；ｉｇ洋虫醚提物还对环磷酰胺（ＣＹ）引起小鼠血清溶血素生成抑制有明显的恢复作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），并且剂量在５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ时效果最好。
artianus dermcstoides patroleum ether extract (MEE) showed a significant
effect toreduce the mouse pinna inflamination induced by croton oil, and the higher the dose,
thestronger the effect. One hour after subcutaneous injection of MEE (150mg/kg) inWistar rats,
the inflammation resulted from scald was decreased significantly (P<0.00l),with an inhibitory
rate (IR) up to 83.4 per cent. Intraperitoneal injection (ip) of MEE(500mg/kg) also inhibited the
increased permeability of intraperitoneal blood capillary ofmice induced by HAV (P<0.0l), with an
IR of 50.16 per cent. Immunologically, thedelayed-type hypersensitivity reaction induced by
sheep red blood cells (SRBC) could bestimulated by MEE (50mg/tkg- d) i. p.). On the other hand,
the inhibition of serumhemolysin production in mice induced by Cyclophosphamidum was
signigicantly reducedby MEE (P<0.0l), the dose with best effect being 50mg/kg.
