摘要
讨论了信息时代互联网对传统图书馆的冲击,论述了网络环境下图书馆面临的挑战。提出传统图书馆应在网络环境下改变服务模式,构筑新的信息服务平台。同时通过优化员工知识结构、提高馆员信息素养等措施为传统图书馆注入新的生命力。
This article discusses the impact of internet on the traditional library in the information times and the challenges the library is confronted with in the network environment. It points out that the service pattern of the traditional library should be changed and a new information service system should be constructed. Meanwhile, measures such as optimizing the librarian's knowledge structure and enhancing the librarian's information literacy should be taken so as to vitalize the traditional library.
