摘要
在简要论述当前和今后一段时期森林资源经营管理的内涵,重要性的基础上,提出“十一五”森林经理期经营方案编制的总体思路,探索在新形势下,保护和培育以及合理性利用森林资源的对策与措施。
This paper summarized briefly the content and importance of forestry resource management at present and in the next few years, and raised the overall thought of forest management program drawn up during “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” finally discussed the countermeasures of forest resource scientifically protected, cultivated and utilized.
