新型负载型光催化剂的制备及其光催化活性研究 被引量:6

摘要 以硝酸钙和磷酸为原料,采用均匀沉淀法制备了羟基磷灰石(HAP);以HAP为载体,采用浸渍—提拉法制得负载型光催化剂TiO2/HAP,并用其对酸性媒介红B进行光催化氧化实验;探讨了HAP煅烧温度和TiO2负载量对TiO2/HAP光催化活性的影响,并利用XRD、FT-IR和TEM对载体及TiO2/HAP催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,煅烧温度、TiO2负载量对HAP吸附性能及催化活性有较大的影响;TiO2/HAP的催化活性明显优于TiO2/玻片的催化活性。 Hydroxyapatite(HAP)powder was prepared from calcium nitrate and phosphoric acid by homogeneous precipitation method.With HAP as carrier,the immobilized photocatalyst TiO_2/HAP was prepared by means of dipping-lifting method and was used in the photocatalytic degradation of acid mordant red B.The effects of HAP calcining temperature and TiO_2-loaded weight on photocatalytic activity of TiO_2/HAP were explored,and the carrier and TiO_2/HAP photocatalyst were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and TEM.The results show that the calcining temperature of HAP and the loaded weight of TiO_2 have significant effects on the adsorption capability of HAP and the photocatalytic activity of TiO_2/HAP; The photocatalytic activity of TiO_2/HAP is obviously greater than that of TiO_2/glass.
