早期康复护理对脑卒中患者运动功能的影响

摘要 目的:研究早期康复对急性脑卒中患者运动功能的影响。方法:在患者生命体征稳定,神经病学体征不再进展后48h,选择96例急性脑卒中患者,随机分为康复组和对照组。康复组采用:常规治疗+系统康复护理计划,对照组仅进行脑卒中常规治疗。采用Barthel指数对两组治疗前、后分别评分进行比较。结果:两组治疗前Barthel指数评分差异无显著性,而治疗1个月后康复组48例中显效30例,有效13例,总有效率89.58%;对照组48例中显效22例,有效10例,总有效率66.67%,康复组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑卒中偏瘫病人的早期神经康复介入能明显改善患肢的运动功能及ADL。
