摘要
把真空熔炼与热型连铸技术相结合而形成新型高性能铝线杆的生产技术。采用该技术生产的铝线杆具有单向连续柱状晶组织,表面光亮、组织致密、塑性优异。在室温下对直径8mm的Al1%Si合金线杆进行拉拔加工,不需中间退火,可直接制备出线径为20μm的的超细丝材,为微细丝的制备提供了理想的原料。
The Ohno continuous casting process in vacuum melting has been used to generate Al alloy wires with smooth surf ace, compact structure and unidirectional continuous columnar. The plasticity of the wires produced by this technology is very excellent. The Al-1%Si alloy wires approximately 8 mm in diameter can be drawn to ultra-fine wires 20 μm in diameter at room temperature without any heat treatments. The wires are good materials for the manufacture of ultra-fine wires.
