摘要
从大戟科植物滑桃树的茎皮中分离得到七个化合物,通过波谱分析或与已知化合物进行薄层层析对比,分别鉴定为β谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜甙(2)、蒲公英赛酮(3)、苔色酸乙酯(4)、苔色酸乙酯和甲酯混合物(4和5)、麦角甾5α,8α二环氧22E,24R6,22二烯3β醇(6)和(2S,3S,4R,12E,2′R)2(2′羟基二十二碳酰胺基)二十碳1,3,4三羟基12烯(7)。其中化合物4、5、6和7为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Seven compounds were isolated from the stem bark of Trewia nudiflora L.( Euphabiaceae).By means of spectroscopic method or TLC comparison with known compounds,their structures were elucidated as β-sitosterol(1),daucosterol(2),taraxerone(3),ethyl orsellinate( 4),a mixture of ethyl and methyl orsellinate(4 and 5)and 3β-hydroxy-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-diene(6),and(2S,3S,4R,12E,2′R)-2-(2′-hydroxydocosanoylamino)eicosane- 1,3,4-trihydroxy-12-ene(7).Compounds 4,5,6,7 were obtained for the first time from Trewia nudiflora.
