phVEGF165基因导入促进硬皮病小鼠模型毛发生长及再生 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察VEGF对硬皮病小鼠模型毛发生长的作用。方法 将phVEGF165质粒导入博莱霉素诱导的硬皮病小鼠模型背部皮肤。每周测量毛发的长度,常规病理观察皮肤组织病理学改变,并用免疫组化及原位杂交方法检测VEGF的表达。结果 发现VEGF有明显促毛发生长作用。phVEGF165质粒导入的小鼠皮肤毛囊数目明显增多,真皮及毛囊区VEGF及VEGFmRNA表达增强。结论 VEGF对硬皮病小鼠模型毛囊的再生有明显的促进作用。 Objective To study the effect of VEGF on the hair growth in mice with scleroderma. Methods phVEGF165 was transuded into the skin of the back of mice with scleroderma. The length of the hairs was measured and the changes of the skin were observed with optical microscopy. The expression of VEGF was determined with immunohistochemical assay and in situ hybridization. Results VEGF exerted significant effect on the growth of hairs. The transdution of the plasmids of phVEGF165 into the skin of mice with scleroderma promoted the increase of hair follicles. Expression of VEGF mRNA and protein occurred in the dermis and hair follicles in the area with transudation of phVEGF165 vector. Conclusion VEGF can significantly promote the growth and regeneration of the hair follicles in the mice with scleroderma.
