摘要
利用连续石蜡切片(水平切、矢状切、横切)及H.E染色方法,对青海玉树多目涡虫精巢的组织结构进行了初步研究.结果表明:在光学显微镜下,多目涡虫精巢的组织结构与哺乳类睾丸中曲细精管的结构类似,但也有一些差别.提示:精巢的组织结构在动物的系统演化过程中是比较保守的,通过对不同进化类群动物精巢的组织结构进行比较研究,也许有助于对动物系统演化的探究.
The study on the testis tissue construction of the Polycelis planarians from Yushu in Qinghai Province was carried out by methods of continuous paraffin section(including horizontal section, cross section and sagittal section), H.E staining and microscope observation. The results demonstrated that the testis tissue construction of the Polycelis planarians was very analogous with one of seminiferous tubule of testis of mammalia, but some differences still existed. This demonstrated that the tissue construction of testis might be more conservative in course of the animal evolution , so the comparative study among different sorts of testes might be helpful to the study of the animal evolution. The aim is to offer basic data for zootaxy, reproductive biology and developmental biology of freshwater planarians.
