摘要
对当前少数民族干部队伍中存在的问题进行了分析。在此基础上提出将人力资源管理中培训的概念和流程引入到少数民族干部培训中来。并对少数民族干部的培训流程进行了初步探索。
This article analyzes the present problems among cadres of ethnic minorities in China. Based on this analysis, concept of training in human resources management is introduced in the training of cadres of ethnic minorities in China. Also this article explores the training flow for cadres of ethnic minorities.
