分析了当前医学院校青年教师的特点,指出医学院校青年教师培养的基本内容、途径和方式.强调要加强教师教学基本功,师德,教育科研能力及医学相关知识和技能等方面培训.
The article analyzes the characteristics of young teachers at medical universities, and discusses the basic contents, approaches and means concerning cultivation of young teachers. It emphasizes that it is very important to strengthen the training of their basic teaching skills, moral character as a teacher, research capability, and medical knowledge and practical skills.
