摘要
目的 为了解中国医务人员的吸烟状况及其影响因素,对中国6个城市医生吸烟行为进行了调查。方法 使用统一问卷,采用询问和自我填表的形式进行调查。在全国6个城市,按照医生的构成分层抽样。结果 调查结果表明,中国医生吸烟率男性为4 5 8% ,女性为1 3%。男女医生吸烟率分别为4 1 0 %和1 0 %。医生的平均吸烟量为12支/日。男性医生戒烟率10 4 % ,女性医生戒烟率19 0 %。结论 目前中国医生吸烟率很高,影响医生吸烟的主要因素为医生的性别、年龄、科室和所在城市。
Objective To know smoking behavior of doctors and related factors in urban areas. Methods The doctors in six cities were selected by stratified sampling and investigated by uniform questionnaire and enquiry. Results Smoking rate of the male doctors was 45.8% while the female was 1.3%. A doctor smoker averagely consumed 12 cigarettes every day . Cessation rates of the male and female doctors were 10.4% and 19.0% respectively. Conclusion Smoking rate of Chinese doctors was relatively higher, especially for the male. Gender, age, department and living cities were main factors which affected the doctors' smoking behavior.
