摘要
讨论了高强化机车柴油机钢顶铝裙组合活塞不同部位如活塞顶燃气侧换热边界条件、活塞侧面与冷却水、组合活塞接触部位、活塞内冷油腔、活塞裙内腔与油雾等热边界条件的确定,并以16V280ZJB型机车柴油机组合活塞为例,借助于通用的三维有限元分析软件MARC计算出16V280ZJB柴油机组合活塞的温度场,计算结果与实测结果相吻合,为进一步进行组合活塞的结构改进与优化设计提供了有效的依据.
This paper introduces the way to ascertain the heat transfer boundary condition at some parts of steel crown and aluminium skirt combined-piston for the heavy-duty locomotive diesel engine,such as piston crown surface and combustion gas,piston side and cooling water,combined-piston contact parts and,cooling oil cavity inside the piston,cavity of piston skirt and oil fog,etc.In this paper,by analyzing the combined piston of 16V280ZJB locomotive diesel engine,temperature field has been calculated with a common used three-dimensioned finite element analysis software MARC.The calculated result agrees with the measuring result.These provide the practical reference for further improving the structure and optimizing the design of such a combined-piston.
