摘要
我院自１９９０年以来，应用游离上臂内侧皮瓣修复手部创面共６例，全部成活。我们对血管解剖、皮瓣设计及手术方式等方面作了介绍。并将上臂内侧皮瓣同其它临床常用皮瓣进行了比较，提出了上臂内侧皮瓣在手外科的适应证。
Abstract Since 1990,six cases with hand wound havel,been treated with the free medial arm flap in our hospital.All the cases succeeded.Our experiences were introduced with regsrd to vascular anatomy,flap design and operative techmique.A comparison with with other flaps was presented,as well as the operative indications.
