摘要
目的:从白芥子中提取总黄酮,并测定其含量。方法:运用索氏提取器提取白芥子总黄酮,用比色法测定总黄酮含量。结果:测得白芥子中总黄酮含量为1.50%,平均回收率为97.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.43%(n=6)。结论:首次从白芥子中提取总黄酮,结果比较可靠。
To extract and determine total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica Alba.Methods Total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica Alba were extracted and determined by colorimined by colorimetry;Results Total flavonoids in Seeds of Brassica Alba is 1.50%,and recovery rate is 97.6%,RSD was 1.43%(n=6).Conclusion Total flavonoids were extracted in Seeds of HBrassica Alba for the first time.The result is satisfactory.
