摘要
葡萄的贮藏保鲜对我国葡萄产业的发展至关重要。文中从葡萄贮藏保鲜中SO_2的应用、葡萄对SO-2的吸收及代谢、发生SO_2伤害后表观及生理变化、影响葡萄SO_2伤害的因素及减小SO_2伤害的技术研究等几方面对葡萄采后贮运中SO_2伤害的研究进行了分析和讨论,为葡萄的贮藏保鲜研究与应用提供借鉴。
The storage of table grape is very important to the development of the grape industry. In this paper, the present research situation on SO_2 damage of the table grape were summarized. The application, metabolism of SO_2, the changes of surface configuration and physiological of table grape damaged by SO_2, the influencing factors of SO_2 damage and technolgy of reducing SO_2 damage were also discussed.
