摘要
目的 为提高中晚期食管癌患者的生活质量 ,减轻痛苦 ,延长生存期 ,开辟治疗新途径。方法 采用平阳霉素、氨甲喋呤、顺铂和优福定组成BMPU方案 ,并经简单水化后治疗 4 3例中晚期食管癌。结果 4 3例患者中部分缓解 2 9例 ,微效 6例 ,稳定 5例 ,进展 3例 ,总缓解率达 6 7.4 %。结论 该方案比较安全 ,价格便宜 ,患者容易接受 。
Objective In order to improve the living quality,relieve pain,enlarge life and create a new therapeutic way for patients with medium terminal cancer of esophagus.Methods 43 cases of medium terminal cancer of esophagus were treated with BMPU..Results 29 cases of which relieved,6 cases got slight effect,5 cases got stable condition,3 cases got development.The total relief rate reached 67.4%.Conclusion The method is safe and cheap and easy to be accepted by the patients. It is the routine method for the patients with the medium terminal cancer of esophagus.
