摘要
实验应用体外冲击波碎石技术复制家兔肾脏高能冲击波伤动物模型,以肾脏出血组织体密度作为肾脏损伤程度的定量参数。应用体现学方法定量测定了不同冲击次数、频率条件下肾脏出血组织体密度。结果表明:肾脏损伤程度与冲击次数、频率存在显著正相关性。提示在临床粉碎肾脏结石时应采用低冲击次数,慢冲击频率可有效减轻肾脏的损伤。
HESW kidney injury was studied in rabbits and the volume density of renal hemorrhagic tissue determined at various number of shock waves and impulse rate studied with stereological methods was taken as the quantitative parameter of the degree of renal damage.It was shown that there was a siggnificant positive correlation between renal damage and the number of shock waves as well as the impulse rate administered.Small doses of shock waves at slow impulse rate to minimize renal injury during ESWL was therefore favoured.
