摘要
信息是决策的基础,信息的质量关系到决策效应的高低。通过分析决策信息与信息决策的关系,提出提高决策信息收集的质量要求,归纳出利用决策信息进行信息决策的一般方法。
The information is the foundation of the decision, and the quality of the information has many things to do with the decision effect. Through analyzing the relation between decision information and the information decision, this paper puts forward the quality requirements for the decision information's collection, and sums up some common methods for making the information decision with the decision information.
