摘要
统一潮流控制器(UnifiedPowerFlowController,UPFC)是一个具有多个控制输入和输出变量的多变量控制器,因此交连与耦合就不可避免地存在于这些输入和输出变量所形成的多个控制通道之间.由控制理论可知,变量配对选择与多变量统一潮流控制系统的耦合程度密切有关.利用控制理论中的相对增益分析方法为UPFC确定了最佳变量配对关系,在此变量配对控制方案下UPFC各控制通道之间的耦合非常薄弱,从而不需要采取解耦措施,使得控制器设计简化.在新英格兰系统上的仿真结果表明:在最佳变量配对控制方案下,UPFC具有良好的稳态控制性能。
<Abstrcat> Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) is a multivariable controller with multiple control input and output variables, therefore interactions inevitably exist among multiple control channels, which are formed between these input and output variables. According to control theory, the degree of interactions of a multivariable control system has a close relationship with selections of variable pairs. This paper applies the relative gain analysis (RGA) method in control theory to select the best input-output pairs for UPFC controller; hence the selection of the best variable pairs is based on firm theory foundation. The well-selected input-output pairs make the interactions among UPFC multiple control channels very weak, therefore there is no need to take decoupling measures in the design of UPFC controller, which makes the controller design simplified greatly. Simulation results on the New England test system show that UPFC has the perfect steady-state control performance under the control scheme of the best variable pairs.
