摘要
为了降低催化裂化柴油中的硫含量,采用非加氢脱硫精制溶剂萃取法对催化裂化柴油进行脱硫精制,复合溶剂为FeCl3·xHCl 冰乙酸,研究萃取条件对精制柴油收率及脱硫率的影响.结果表明:适宜的萃取操作温度为40℃,剂油比为0.25,冰乙酸剂油比为1.0,硫含量降至0.70mg/g.
A kind of solvent mixture is used to remove sulfur compounds in diesel oil by extraction method. The mixed solvent is FeCl_3·xHCl-CH_3COOH.The experiment especially studies the effect of extraction condition on recovery efficiency as well as desulfurization of diesel oil. The appropriate condition is achieved that at 40 ℃, the respective ratio of solvent to oil and acetic acid to oil is 0.25 and 1.0, and the quantity of sulfur compounds is 0.70 mg/g.
