霉菌菌丝球对Pb^(2+)的吸附研究 被引量:14

摘要  从农药厂土壤、稻田土壤、活性污泥中分离得到霉菌20株.检测其对重金属离子Pb2+的吸附性能,其中从农药厂土壤中分离得到一株霉菌HM6对Pb2+离子吸附能力最强.以其作为吸附剂对水体中Pb2+离子进行去除实验.结果表明:该霉菌培养72h后,当Pb2+的初始质量浓度为100mg/L,菌体投加量为2g(干重)/L时,最佳吸附条件为pH=5,常温吸附15min,吸附量、去除率分别可达40mg/g和80%以上.其中水体的pH值是影响吸附作用的最主要因素. 20 stubs of mould were separated and got from the soil of insecticide factory, paddy field soil and activated sludge ,then their absorption performance for heavy metal ion Pb^(2+) was measured. The mould HM6 which separated from insecticide factory soil has the best activity of absorbing Pb^(2+). With it as adsorbent of Pb^(2+) ion in the water body, the results showed that the Pb^(2+) initial concentration is 100 mg/L, added amount of the mould is 2 g (dry weight)/L, after that mould has been developed for 72 hours, the best absorption condition is pH=5, absorption time is 15 min at room temperature, the adsorptive capacity and the rate of removing in the experiment are 4 mg/g and 86.8 %. pH is a critical factor ,which affects the adsorption of Pb^(2+) ion in the water body by mould hyphaball.
