摘要
选用分子印迹技术,以克伦特罗为印迹分子,α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,合成克伦特罗分子印迹聚合物,研究其吸附性能。结果表明,与组成相同的非印迹聚合物相比,克伦特罗印迹聚合物有较大的吸附性能,有望在克伦特罗分离分析中作为固相萃取的材料。
By using molecularly imprinting technique , clenbuterol as the template molecules, methacrylic acid as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinks monomer, clenbuterol molecularly imprinted polymers were synthesized by seal tube. Its adsorption property was studied. The result showed that clenbuterol template polymer had higher adsorption character, as compared with non-template polymer whose chemical composition was the same as it,and was possibly used as solid-phase extraction material in clenbuterol separation and analysis fields.
