摘要
利用吸附色谱、凝胶过滤色谱法等方法对交织顶孢霉发酵菌粉水提物中的保肝活性物质进行了分离纯化,根据其理化性质及各种光谱技术对分离到的化合物Ⅰ,化合物Ⅱ进行了结构鉴定。结果表明化合物Ⅰ为腺嘌呤,化合物Ⅱ为尿嘧啶。
The compounds in submerged fermentation broth of Acremonium implicatum were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods such as silica gel column,LH-20 Sephadex column chromatogramphy,and two compounds were obtained.The structures of the two compounds were identified by MS,NMR method.The result showed that compound Ⅰis attributed to adenine and compound Ⅱ is uracil.
