摘要
３１例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为两组。Ａ组１７例，以皮质激素撤除继阿糖腺苷治疗；Ｂ组１４例，单用阿糖腺苷作对照研究。结果显示Ａ组在症状、体征改善、肝功能复常、ＨＢｅＡｇ阴转等作用与Ｂ组无显著性差异。提示皮质激素撤除继阿糖腺苷治疗对ＨＢｅＡｇ转阴有一定效果。
Thirty-one patients with chronic hepatitis B(CH-B)were randomly divided into2 groups.Group A:17 patients(all males,age 30±7years)were treatee with steroidwithdrawal followed by Ara-A,Group B:14 patients(M12,F2;age 30±6years)weretreated simply with Ara-A.The result showed that improvement of symptoms,liverfunctions resolution,HBeAg seroeversal are not significantly difference between groupAand B.It is suggested that the steroid withdrawal followed by Ara-a is effect toHBsAg seroversal.
