摘要从分析共享工程中合作开展网上参考咨询服务的意义入手,探讨了目前开展这一项目面临的挑战,并提出了未来的发展方向。 This article studies the significance of introducing collaborative digital reference service to the National Culture Information Resources Shared Project, points out some challenges, and analyses the development trends.
