摘要
目的探讨半环状膀胱黏膜尿道成形治疗尿道下裂的手术要点,总结提高成功率、减少并发症发生的经验。方法回顾性分析我科近13年治疗的尿道下裂患者375例,其中321例采用半环状膀胱黏膜与尿道板行Ⅱ期尿道成形术。结果321例患者中309例获得随访,尿瘘发生率仅9.03%,尿道狭窄发生率仅3.12%。结论本手术方法的成功率满意,值得临床推广。
Objective To appraise the essential technical points of hypospadias repair by phase Ⅱurethroplasty with bladder mucosal flap in the past 13 years and summarize our experiences in decreasing complications.Methods 321 patients, 2-46(mean 8.9) years old, were performed phase Ⅱ urethroplasty using bladder mucosal flap folded into half-ring shape and sutured with urethral plate.Results 309 cases have been followed up with the incidence of fistula formation 9.03% and urethral stricture 3.12%.Conclusion Urethroplasty using half-ring shaped bladder mucosa is satisfactory and worths wider use.
