髋臼后柱(壁)骨折的手术治疗 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨髋臼后柱(壁)骨折的有效治疗方法,以提高治疗效果。方法1996年9月～2003年9月,对32例髋臼后柱(壁)骨折手术治疗效果进行分析。结果所有患者获1～5年(平均3.5年)的随访。参照美国骨科学会(AAOS)提出的评价标准,优26例,良3例,可3例,优良率为90.6%。结论掌握手术的适应证,争取合适的手术时机,积极手术治疗,同时注意手术时的微创操作和术后处理能够提高疗效,减少并发症的出现。
