氟化物中Yb^(3+)对Ho^(3+),Tm^(3+)的直接敏化上转换作用 被引量:6

Direct Sensitization Up-Conversion Mechanism from Yb^(3+) to Ho^(3+) and Tm^(3+) in Fluoride

摘要 采用双掺杂(Yb3+/Ho3+)和多掺杂(Ho3+/Yb3+/Tm3+)方式,研究了氟化物中Yb3+对Ho3+,Tm3+的直接敏化上转换作用,并对它们在980nm激光激发下的上转换光谱特性进行了比较,对它们的上转换机理作了详细的讨论分析。观测到两处很强的上转换发光,分别是Yb3+/Ho3+共掺杂体系中5F45S2(Ho3+)→5I8(Ho3+)的荧光跃迁和Ho3+/Yb3+/Tm3+共掺杂体系中3H4(Tm3+)→3H6(Tm3+)的荧光跃迁。还发现由于添加了Tm3+,减弱了Yb3+/Ho3+共掺杂体系中Ho3+在可见光范围的上转换发光强度。 The direct sensitization up-conversion processes from Yb3+ to Ho3+ and Tm3+ in fluoride were studied. The properties of the up-converted spectra of Yb3+/Ho3+ and Ho3+/Yb3+/Tm3+ co-doped fluorides pumped by a 980 run laser were compared. Their up-conversion mechanism has been analyzed and discussed. Two strong up-conversion luminescence bands have been observed, which were the transitions of F-5(4) S-5(2) (Ho3+)->I-5(8) (Ho3+) in the Yb3+/Ho3+ co-doped fluoride system and H-3(4) (Tm3+)->H-3(6) (Tm3+) in the Ho3+/Yb3+/Tm3+ co-doped fluoride system. The addition of Tm3+ into Yb3+/Ho3+ co-doped fluoride decreases the up-converted emission intensities of Ho3+ in the visible region.
