摘要
在马克思的政治哲学中,马克思对资本主义“社会正义”的批判,其目的一是为了揭露自由主义正义理论的意识形态本质,二是为了同庸俗社会主义的抽象正义观划清界限。马克思的批判有其伦理基础,但与那种抽象的正义观根本不同,马克思的正义观具有科学性、现实性和革命性的特点。马克思在批判资本主义“社会正义”的同时,还正面阐述了社会主义的社会正义。
In Marx’s political philosophy,Marx criticized capitalism “social justice”.His purpose is to disclose that the essence of liberalism theory of justice is a sort of ideology,and to make a clear distinction from abstract view of justice of philistinism socialism.Marx’s criticism has its ethical elements.But differing from the abstract view of justice,Marx’s view of justice has scientific, realistic and revolutionary characteristics. While Marx criticized “social justice”,he still expatiated on view of justice of socialism from positive aspect.Marx’s view of justice has its important significance on contemporary.
