摘要
铝毒是酸性土壤上提高作物产量的一个主要限制因子。根系分泌物螯合铝被认为是植物解铝毒的重要机制之一。铝胁迫下,植物通过增加某些有机酸、酚类化合物、根际粘胶、磷酸、多肽等物质的分泌量来减轻铝毒。本文简要综述了铝胁迫下植物根系分泌物种类和数量的变化。
Aluminium toxicity is a major factor limiting crop production in acidic soils. Root exudates with Al-chelating ability play an important role in the detoxification of aluminium in plants. In some plant species, the secretion of organic acids, phenolic compounds, rhizodepositions, phosphorous acid and polypeptides increased from their roots under Al stress. In the paper, changes in varieties and quantities of root exudation in plant responses to Al are reviewed.
