摘要
猪圆环病毒是近年来新发现的畜禽病毒之一,疑为一种潜在人兽共患病病原,具有重要的经济意义。文章就其检测技术,如病毒分离、电镜观察、聚合酶链式反应(PCR)、多重PCR、多重套式PCR、定量竞争性PCR、PCR 限制性片段长度多态性分析(PCR RFLP)、免疫组织化学技术(IHC)、原位杂交技术(ISH)等的研究进展做一阐述。
Porcine circovirus disease is one of the livestock and poultry diseases that has been found recently and has very important economic significance. It was suspected to be a kind of potential pathogen, which can infect humans and animals, furthermore, researching PCV is meaningful. So this paper summarized the studying progress of PCV on diagnostic technology, for example, virus isolation,electron microscope observation,PCR, multiplex PCR, multiplex nest PCR, quantitative competitive PCR, PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), immunohistochemical assay (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) .
