摘要
提出了生物絮凝概念并建立了评价其效果的综合指标,即生物絮凝因子BF。研究了自制的微生物絮凝剂对絮状厌氧污泥的生物絮凝效果,并通过正交试验确定了最佳的絮凝反应条件,即pH值为7.2,CaCl2投加量为300mg/L,微生物絮凝剂投加量为20mL/L,搅拌速度为300r/min。在该条件下,厌氧污泥的生物絮凝因子增加到原来的2.16倍。
A concept of'bioflocculation'is brought forward and a comprehensive indicator, i.e., bioflocculation factor (BF), for evaluation of the effect of bioflocculation is established. The bioflocculation effect of self-made microbial flocculant on flocculent anaerobic sludge is studied, and the optimal conditions for flocculation reaction are determined through orthogonal test, i.e., the pH value should be 7.2, the dosage of CaCl2 should be 300 mg/L, the dosage of microbial flocculant should be 20 mg/L, and the stirring speed should be 300 r/min. Under such conditions, the BF value of the anaerobic sludge will increase to 2.16 times the original value.
