摘要
我国是世界上野生动物资源十分丰富的国家之一,但资源破坏十分严重。为此分析了我国野生动物资源保护的必要性和紧迫性以及所存在的问题,着重从立法完善、执法完善、提高公众的保护意识等方面,提出解决野生动物保护方面存在问题的措施。
China is one of the countries rich in wildlife resources, but its destruction is very serious. So this paper analyses the necessity and urgency of the wildlife protection and some problems, and then from the perspectives of improving legislation and implementation and enhancing the public awareness of protection, puts forward the protective measures for wildlife.
